Through this collaborative program, the university has the opportunity to align with the practical requirements of Japanese businesses in the field of automotive repair and maintenance. This allows for the renewal of curricula, teaching methods, and improved training effectiveness. For students, this represents a chance to acquire and enhance knowledge and skills in a country with an automotive industry ranking among the top 5 in the world. Additionally, they will learn the Tam The, responsibility towards their profession, customers, and the products they serve, in line with the Japanese ethos Master Phan Tien, Rector of THACO College.
According to the agreement, GKM Vietnam Co., Ltd. has signed a collaboration agreement with Hanoi University of Industry, THACO College, and Toprank Corporation (Japan) to provide high-quality automotive technology training and post-training job placement in Japan. Under this arrangement, students will undergo additional training in Japanese language, Made in Vietnam Finest Management, and TAM THE Management for 6 months at Hanoi University of Industry and THACO College. Subsequently, Toprank Corporation will arrange internships and work placements for students at automotive maintenance and repair centers in Japan for a period of 10-12 months. After their time in Japan, skilled technicians with experience will return to Vietnam to continue working, contributing to the improvement of the quality of the automotive technical workforce in Vietnam.
We firmly believe that the collaboration between Hanoi University of Industry, GKM EDU, and Japanese partners will continue to grow and contribute to the training of high-quality human resources for the development of the automotive repair and maintenance service industry in both Vietnam and Japan. The model of combining theoretical and practical training has been highly regarded by experts. Professor Dr. Nguyen Dang Minh, Chairman of the GKM Finest Education Institute, believes that this marks a new 'Dong Du movement.' Students, before going to Japan, will be trained in character and the Vietnamese cultural foundation using the Made in Vietnam Finest Education Technology. GKM E-LEARNING will be the space for connecting with friends near and far in the digital realm of GKM GROUP. In 2024, GKM EDU is expected to collaborate with GKM FINEST and GKM HOMES to gradually gather and cultivate knowledge that aligns with the Gene system and the essence of 'Preserving Tradition, Embracing Innovation' of GKM GROUP, supporting learners in regularly revisiting the content they have been trained and advised on.
V. MBV NETWORK
The MBV Network is constructed through the dissemination and consolidation of the Made In Vietnam Finest Management System, combined with the respective strengths of each member enterprise. The MBV Network comprises businesses owned by Vietnamese individuals, collaborating to close the value chain of flagship Vietnamese products and services (R&D, production, business, etc.). This, in turn, contributes to establishing a robust internal foundation, step by step, to help Vietnamese businesses continuously enhance their value, with the determination to break free from the trap of average capacity and average income, making a substantial contribution to the sustainable development of Vietnam and humanity.
